📏 How to Measure Your Head
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, about 1 inch above your eyebrows.
- Keep the tape snug but comfortable.
- Match your measurement to the chart below.
Tip: If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

📐 How to Measure Yourself
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve: Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist.
All garment measurements are taken laid flat. Double the chest measurement for the full circumference.
